Stuck On Mars Redux Part 8
It’s been a piece of lost media for several years, and I’ve received requests for the long-gone sole episode of Space Audiobooks, my dramatic reading of “Stuck On Mars.” It has been mysteriously missing from my archive of comic files, and the online link to the story is long dead. In the course of my move, I was able to boot up (after several attempts) one of my old, creaky laptops. And lo and behold, sitting right there on the desktop was “Stuck On Mars,” the Space Audiobook. I’m not saying it’s any kind of masterpiece, but I am happy to restore this lost adventure for your listening enjoyment. Click to here to listen to or download Space Audiobooks: Stuck On Mars!
Yay \o/
I’m so happy you managed to find the file! I’ll give it a listen as soon as I can. 🙂
It’s also nice to get a callback to the original Stuck on Mars story in this strip. 😀 Poor Schwarz, Mikey will make sure this comes back to haunt him.
I know Carter and his companion were also callbacks to the original strip, I meant it’s nice to get ANOTHER callback.
Of course, when the actual aliens start appearing, the Mars Mission crew is nowhere to be found
Almost a year since this part now…
We really are stuck on Mars
Is this the end of the Stuck On Mars Redux storyline? 🙁 If so, how are you doing with the big move, when can we expect regular updates to resume? (Take your time, I’m just curious.)
The big move will be done by the end of this month. Thank God. After that I plan to start shooting comics again.
Good to hear you’re nearing the end of the move! It sounds like a beast. Looking forward to the next chapters, whenever you get there. 🙂
How’s the move going KDog? Any idea when you’ll start making comics again?
Have you ever thought about doing merch? I get that you can’t use anything that belongs to Lego, but you could do something with the stuff you’ve created for the comic, like Meteor Madness.
I bought a couple of stickers from other webcomics I like to slap on the back of my laptop. Those are great because you don’t have to do much to get them out there (even I’m on Redbubble) and it’s an easy and fun way for people to support creators they like.
