Sometimes I manage to get ahead of things and post comics a month or two in advance. So the author’s notes you’re reading were typed weeks ago. I always wonder, what if the world completely flips on its axis in that time and aliens invade or we’re hit by a new pandemic in which we all gradually devolve into squirrels, and I’m jabbering away blissfully like nothing’s happened?
