I’ve been enamored with the new, fan-designed Space sets just released on Lego.com. The building techniques are different than was Lego normally uses and the sets are just a pleasure to put together. While I don’t want to incorporate Star Justice or the Space Skulls just yet, I came up with a way to use the Star Justice sets in the comic now.
After too long a wait, Indy IV hits theaters this week! I was compelled to celebrate the occasion and decided to look ahead to another Indy premiere far, far ahead in the future and in the universe of Lego: Space. Indy fans should recognize the tips of the hat I’ve made to the movies, such as in the very first panel. And I couldn’t do without a few obscure Doctor Who and Highlander references, to boot! This storyline will consist of a trilogy of comic strips, concluding on May 22, the release date for Kingdom of the Crystal Skull!
