It was established early on that Schwartz, Galanos and Amarillo went to the Academy together, with Amarillo having quickly progressed further in rank than his peers. I’ve never shown the three meet before now, though, aside from a brief flashback (the one where Schwartz has his helmet on backwards).
It’s been way too long since I’ve shown the 918, hasn’t it?

This is the darkest LEGO comic I’ve done, which reinforces that once in awhile I forego punchlines. The thoughts here are coming from a real place, but this story is important and ties into ongoing storylines. It’ll make more sense later.
